The following actions are not permitted on ALL of our servers:

• Spamming
• Disrespectful behavior
• Bigotry (slurs, derogatory comments regarding race, gender, disability, etc.)
• Staff disrespect
• Advertising/Self-promotion
• Use of unfair advantage
• Client modifications which provide unfair advantages, including but not limited to Easy Place or Aim Assist
• Bypassing disciplinary actions
• Fighting/Drama
• Use of inappropriate usernames or skins
• Discussing politics/religion
• Abusing nicknames
• Building inappropriate structures
• Selecting inappropriate item names
• Threatening behavior
• Discussion or use of duplication exploits
• Discussion or use of lag machines
• Sending suspicious links
• Predatory behavior
• Encouraging rule-breaking behavior
• Discussion of sensitive topics
• Discussing punishments
• Exploiting the server
• Impersonation
• Real-life trades of any kind
• Bot attacks
• IP-grabbing
• Abusing alts

1. Griefing 
   You may grief all unclaimed land. You may not block someone from claiming land or expanding their claim, this includes claiming next to their claim for the purpose of destroying terrain or blocking them in any way. This also includes purposely destroying unclaimed areas inside their base.
    NOTE: It is YOUR responsibility to claim all land you don't want griefed. We have a claim system for a reason, use it!
2.  PvP
   All Forms of PvP are allowed in unclaimed land, or claimed land where PvP is enabled. If you don't wish to PvP on our Survival Server, reach Level 5 in /levels to access /togglepvp
3. Protect Yourself
   Protecting your levels, items, pets, livestock, and builds is your responsibility and anything lost/broken/dropped will not be restored. We recommend changing the "drop" button from Q to something else.  

1. Griefing/Stealing 
   Is allowed, LifeSteal contains no claims and it is your responsibility to hide your base/items.
2. Scamming 
   Is allowed for in-game items. It is your responsibility to use tools given like /auctionhouse or /trade
   We do not allow or condone players to sell in-game items for real-world goods or services. Any player found doing so will be banned. Additionally, if a scam occurs, we are not responsible for any resulting losses. 
3. Trapping and killing
   Is allowed, teleportation kills are also allowed. It is your responsibility to be safe and decide who to trust.
4. Use of ALT's
   We don't  allow use of your alts for the purpose of killing and grinding them for hearts, and if done so it will be punished severely.  This also includes getting your "friends" on to give your hearts or to kill them for it.
